Believe it or not, raw cashews blended with nutritional yeast and spices create a heavenly, cheesy sauce that can be poured over pasta, vegetables or nachos.
Ice cream is usually the “food group” folks mourn over when they go dairy free. Brands like Coconut Bliss, and So Delicious make incredible ice creams with flavors like cookie dough, that won’t leave you feeling deprived. Did I mention they now make coconut whipped cream?
